US Masterbatch is one of the biggest manufacturer of CaCO3 filler, color masterbatch and plastic compounds. We own 03 factories which we put our Hanoi’s factory is the place of manufacturing and developing color masterbatch.
Our color masterbatch is currently sold to many customers globally due to its excellent color concentrates, high weather resistance, heat-resistance and competitive price. Blue Masterbatch is one of the most important color that we are selling.
What is blue masterbatch
US Masterbatch’s blue masterbatch is the combination of selective blue pigments, PE carrier resin and some other additives with the dosage from 0.5% depending on the requirements of end products. US Masterbatch is providing customers with different shade of blue masterbatch to help them economically color the raw polymer in the plastic manufacturing process. One of the main pigment we are using is blue pigment 15:3.
Pigment blue 15:03
It is one of the widely used due to its excellent resistance to crystallization and flocculation. These classical range of pigments provide high tinting strength, durability and heat resistance.

We normally pack by PP bags per 25KG or kraft paper bags with labelling according to customer’s requirement.
How is the recommendation of storage for blue masterbatch by US Masterbatch?
In order to maintain the properties of our plastic granules, we suggest you keeping them in a dry condition, avoid moisture and direct sunlight. In case there is moisture attacked, please dry them by 90 degree celcius within 30 minutes before usage.
