Prior to this position, he was Senior Research & Development Engineer, Factory Manager and Chief Manufacturing Executive at Masterbatch industry leading companies in Vietnam. Leading teams of up to 170 staffs in a fast-paced and busy production environment. He is a predominantly enterprising individual who thrives at influencing and persuading others.

Prior to being appointed as this position, he served as color development manager for NIPPON PAINT Vietnam- Asia’s Number 1 paint manufacturer. After that he worked more than 17 years of experience in the masterbatch industry as Chief Quality Control Executive at Masterbatch industry leading companies in Vietnam. An excellent and reliable person who has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control to ensure that all external and internal requirements of our customers.

He worked at Masterbatch industry leading companies in Vietnam as position quality control manager for 5 years and factory manager for 4 years, Having strong organization skills with 150 staffs, be conventional, meaning that He is usually detail-oriented and organized, and like working in a structured environment.
