Core Products
US Group offers a wide range of high-quality Masterbatch and Compound products, including:
- Filler Masterbatch (Calcium Carbonate – CaCO₃): Helps reduce production costs, increase stiffness, reduce shrinkage, and improve processing efficiency.
- Color Masterbatch: Provides bright, consistent, and high-dispersion colors suitable for all resin bases (PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET…).
- Additive Masterbatch: Includes various types such as UV, Antioxidant, Anti-static, Slip, Anti-block, and Desiccant, meeting the highest technical requirements in plastic production.
- Technical Compound: Developed based on customized formulas to meet the specific needs of customers in industries such as electronics, automotive, packaging, household, and high-tech manufacturing.
Production Capacity
US Group currently owns four modern factories across Vietnam with a total production capacity of over 35,000 tons per month, equipped with triple-screw extruder systems – the most advanced technology in masterbatch and compound manufacturing.
This technology allows for superior material blending and pigment dispersion, ensuring excellent product stability, accurate color performance, and outstanding functionality.
In addition, US Group invests heavily in international-standard laboratories and implements strict quality control systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI standards, ensuring that every batch meets the highest standards — consistent quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery.
