The dispersion of black resin depends strongly on carbon black. Crude carbon black is a very difficult mixture to make color, smoothy but easy to cause dust. Unless large-scale remedies are used, it is easy to make machines or clothes of workers and the working environment messy, not clean. Because of this, manufacturers often choose to buy black masterbatch produced on a kind of plastics, such as PP, PE, ABS …). Plastic carriers are also required to be clean, pure and easy to use.
In addition to easily causing dust to the surrounding environment, carbon black has a characteristic that is difficult to disperse. If people let crude carbon black melt directly during injection molding, the coloring effect will be very poor.
