Team Building is the action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation

Us Masterbatch members played cohesive games that show solidarity, ingenuity, and strength. Meanwhile, it also expresses the personality of each individual in connecting with teammates

Friendly Football Tournament between 2 factories Hung Yen and Thach That. Two teams are almost equally talent and same strength, always try their best to win with smart tactics and high solidarity. Finally the luck had come to younger Hung Yen team (Red Shirts),  which is stronger and faster

The Gala Dinner is basically a party for all US masterbatch staff and management. It features entertainment, with great prizes, impressive performances and lots of memories

Shareholders and Us masterbatch members were taken beautiful and profound moments via plenty of pictures. Everyone and every department Purchasing, Sale, Marketing, QA & QC, Production etc enjoyed the party and be closer each other. It seems all become one – One roof and one home.
